There is no single way to visit Puerto Vallarta. The same bay that at seven in the morning is flat water for sailing is, at eleven at night, a crowded Malecón. Between the Sierra Madre and the Pacific there is room for a honeymoon, a weekend of trails, and a week of eating where the locals eat — none of them getting in the way of the others.
That's why the site isn't organised by number of bedrooms. It's organised by the trip you have in mind: pick one and you get the homes in that part of the bay and the experiences that suit it, together on the same page.
